Silly 2 yr olds

So Grace had her two year check up two months after she turned two. She is only 24 lbs 10 oz........ 10 lbs heavier then our 2 month old!!!! She had to get one shot which made her mad but the nurse had given her choclate chip cookies to help cope so she cried during the shot and then immediately took another bite and smiled. She's starting to get sick which is ok I guess since she hardly ever gets sick. Other then that she's doing fine.

Fall

Here is a picture of Grace in her dog costume and Chloe being a cute pumpkin. Grace really enjoyed herself especially after she got the idea of what we were doing.......getting candy!

Here is a picture of Grace picking out a pumpkin. We went in October and it will be an annual activity we do with the girls! Grace had so much fun once she knew that we were going to take a pumpkin home and take a hay ride.

Here are some pictures of Grace in her new skates. They are of course spongebob! She wasn't sure of them but now she really likes to wear them. She had so much fun with her Aunt Jerri skating a couple of weeks ago that we had to buy her some so she could skate at home. She really wasn't happy when her daddy and grandpa Donelson decided it would be fun to go down the ramp!

Grace was laying with Chloe! What more can I say.....the picture tells all!

First week!

Well, it was a hard couple of days! I started back to work this week and let's just say nothing with work has changed much, especially not the kids. When leaving Dave Monday morning I told him I didn't want to go cause I knew I wouldn't be able to call and just go home anytime I wanted too! I just called a lot to check on Grace, Chloe, and Dave! Dave did have a rough first day. Chloe had gone through a growth spurt the day before so she was still wanting to eat like crazy and Grace was being a two year old! We both made it though and will continue to make it! Dave goes back today and goes to meetings all this week, even one in Columbia! He says it won't be bad for him to start back, secretly though I think he will be like me and miss everyone like crazy!

A little update on Halloween.....Grace had a blast! She looked so cute in her dog costume (I will post pictures later-I have to figure out how)! She even had the acting like a dog down. Grace never really could quite say Trick-or-Treat but still got the candy and loved it. She didn't want to stop to go home, but eventually gave in when we told her she could eat one piece of candy. Chloe was a little pumpkin and looked adorable! She slept most of the time and got a lot of lookers who would say look at the pumpkin! Overall, it was a great time and Dave and I both agree that we just can't wait until next year!

Anothe little update on Chloe......I have been going weekly to this support group at the hospital for breastfeeding. I get to meet other mothers who breastfeed and get Chloe weighed each Monday. Lately she has gained a pound a week and this week she finally slowed down to a half a pound which is kind of nice. The great news is she is a little fattie (what I call her!), but she now weighs a whole 12 and a half pounds! She is getting so big so fast! I just can't believe how they grow so big and in just a little time. I just don't ever remember Grace growing this big! Where did the time go!

Well this is a little bit about our first week. Can't believe how much has gone on in just a little bit of time.
